Create Soul Bone Torches for Nether Builds

Understand Soul Bone Torches

Soul bone torches are a variant that fits thematically with Nether construction. They're crafted using the same bone and coal base, with an additional ingredient from the Nether.

Gather Soul Sand or Soul Soil

Travelto the Nether and collect soul sand or soul soil. Both are common in the Nether and can be mined with any shovel. You'll need at least one block per crafting recipe.

Craft at a Crafting Table

Place one bone, one coal, and one soul sand (or soul soil) in your crafting table. This produces four soul bone torches with a distinct appearance suited to Nether builds.

Use in Nether Construction

Soul bone torches provide the same light level as regular bone torches but offer a more atmospheric look for Nether bases, fortresses, and decorative structures. They work on all the same surfaces and prevent mob spawning just like standard torches.

Consider combining regular and soul bone torches for varied visual effects in your builds.
