How Equipment Leveling Works

Your tools and armor automatically gain experience as you use them. Mining with a pickaxe, fighting with a sword, or wearing armor in combat all contribute XP toward that item's level.

As your equipment levels up, it receives bonus stats that make it more powerful. A leveled pickaxe might mine faster, while leveled armor could provide better protection.

Use the tool bench and repair bench to manage your gear. These new workstations let you upgrade and maintain your bonded equipment as it grows stronger through use.
