Editing and Removing Command Bindings You No Longer Want

Finding Existing Bindings

Open the BindCommands configuration screen. All bindings you have created are listed there, each showing its command and its assigned key. This is the same screen you used to create them, so you do not need to edit config files by hand for normal changes.

Changing a Command

Select the binding you want to modify and edit the command text field. Replace the old command with the new one and confirm. The key stays the same unless you also change it. This is useful when a server changes a command name or when you switch to a different warp or home name.

Changing or Clearing the Key

To move a binding to a different key, select the key field and press the new key. To disable a binding without deleting it, clear the key assignment so no key triggers it. To remove it entirely, delete the entry from the list and save.

After Editing

Save your changes and test each modified binding once. If a command stopped working after an edit, re-check the spelling and that you did not accidentally leave the leading slash in the command field. If a key stopped working, it may now conflict with another binding or a vanilla control. Keeping your list tidy makes it much easier to spot a duplicate key later.
