Optimize Your Display
The ore borders in this pack work best under certain conditions. Adjusting your graphics settings can make the borders even more noticeable.
Recommended Settings
1. Brightness — Set to maximum or near-maximum. Brighter environments make ore borders pop against the stone background.
2. Render Distance — Keep at a reasonable level (12-16 chunks). This ensures ore borders render clearly without performance issues.
3. Graphics Mode — Use Fast or Fancy graphics; both work well with this pack. Fancy mode may make borders slightly more detailed.
4. Mipmap Levels — Set to 0 or 1 to keep textures sharp and borders crisp at all distances.
5. Texture Filtering — Disable if available, to maintain clear ore outlines.
Lighting Matters
Mine during daytime or use torches liberally. The ore borders are designed to contrast with stone, but they're most effective when the area is well-lit. Dark caves may require you to place more light sources to fully appreciate the enhancement.
