How to Troubleshoot Better End Sky Mod Not Showing Up

Check the Obvious First

Most "it's not working" cases come down to three things: you are not in the End, no sky resource pack is enabled, or a shader pack is overriding the renderer. Rule those out before changing anything else.

A Quick Diagnostic Order

1. Dimension: Travel to the End and look up. The mod only affects the End sky, so testing in the Overworld tells you nothing.

2. Resource pack: Confirm a pack with End sky textures is enabled and at the top of the list, then reload resources.

3. Shaders: Turn shaders off. Many shader packs replace the sky entirely and will hide the mod's output.

4. Pack compatibility: Try a different sky pack. Some packs simply do not include End textures, so the renderer has nothing to draw.

5. Mod conflicts: If another mod also rewrites the End sky, disable it temporarily to see which one wins.

6. Client vs server: Remember this is client-side only. If you expected other players to see the change, they will not unless they install it too.

Work down this list one step at a time and reload between changes. In nearly every case the sky appears once a compatible pack is on top and shaders are disabled — no reinstall needed.
