  2. Extract and Place the Mod Folder
  3. Verify Installation

Locate Your Skin Pack Folder

On Windows 10 and 11, navigate to your Minecraft Bedrock local skin pack directory. This is typically found at:

%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\skin_packs

If this folder does not exist, create it manually.

Extract and Place the Mod Folder

1. Extract the Hidden Armor 4D Skin Pack folder from the downloaded archive

2. Copy the entire extracted folder into your skin pack directory

3. Do not rename the folder or move individual files

4. Ensure the folder contains manifest.json, skins.json, and geometry.json

Verify Installation

Launch Minecraft Bedrock and open the Dressing Room or Skin Picker. The skin pack should appear in your available persona packs. You do not need to import a .mcpack file or use an external launcher—the folder-based installation is complete and ready to use immediately.
