Setting Up Your First Automation Chain

BBL Utility Mod provides essential blocks for automating repetitive tasks. The Block Placer and Block Breaker form the foundation of most automation setups—use them to place and remove blocks automatically with redstone signals. The Block Breaker supports tool enchantments, letting you apply effects like Silk Touch or Fortune to automated mining.

For item processing, combine blocks like the Item Repairer to maintain tools without manual crafting. Pair these with the mod's processing items—such as Mini Coal, Charcoal, and Log Sheets—to create efficient resource loops.

Start small: build a simple breaker-placer loop to gather common blocks, then expand into more complex chains as you gather resources.
