Integrating BASE Mod Materials Into Your Modpack

How Mods Use BASE Materials

Mods designed to work with BASE Mod automatically recognize and use its unified materials. When you install a mod that supports BASE Mod integration alongside BASE Mod itself, that mod will pull copper ingots, plates, and gears from the BASE system instead of creating its own.

Checking Compatibility

Not all mods support BASE Mod. Check each mod's documentation to see if it lists BASE Mod as a dependency or compatibility feature. Mods that do support it will have recipes and crafting chains that reference BASE materials.

Avoiding Duplicates

If you install a mod that doesn't support BASE Mod, it will still create its own materials. To minimize duplicates, prioritize mods that explicitly integrate with BASE Mod when building your pack.

Verifying Integration

Launch your game and check the creative inventory. If multiple mods are using the same BASE material (like copper ingot), you'll see only one version. If you see duplicates, those mods aren't integrated with BASE Mod.
