Fantasy Metals and Their Strengths

Base Metals Mod includes powerful fantasy metals found in challenging dimensions. Each excels in different situations.

Metal Comparison

Cold-Iron (Nether): Ideal for Nether exploration. Offers fire immunity and bonus damage against Nether mobs and fire-resistant creatures.

Adamantine (Nether): Rare and diamond-tier strong. Armor grants damage resistance, and tools are devastating against high-health mobs like bosses.

Mithril (Alloy): Crafted rather than mined. Steel-strength with a specialty: weapons deal extra damage to undead mobs, making it perfect for fighting skeletons, zombies, and the Wither.

Aquarium (Alloy): Unique utility metal. Wear a full armor set to breathe underwater indefinitely. Tools deal bonus damage to water mobs like drowned and guardians.

Star-Steel (The End): End-dimension metal with mobility perks. Armor lets you jump higher and fall slower for easier traversal. Tools slowly self-repair over time, reducing repair costs.

Choosing Your Metal
