Understanding Shield Roles

Each shield in Asgard Shield: Reloaded is designed for different combat situations. Some prioritize damage reduction, others boost your offense, and some offer specialized protection against specific damage types. Before crafting, consider what enemies you'll face most often.

Crafting Your Shield

All shields require leather and six pieces of your chosen material (wood, stone, iron, gold, or diamond). Combine these in the crafting grid to create your base shield. The material you select affects the shield's base stats and durability.

Upgrading with Gold

Once you have a shield, you can enhance it by combining it with gold in a crafting interface or anvil. Gold upgrades improve your shield's defensive or offensive properties depending on the shield type. Experiment with different material and upgrade combinations to find the shield that matches your playstyle, whether you prefer tanking damage or maintaining mobility.
