Finding and Taming Vultures

Vultures spawn naturally in desert and badlands biomes. To tame one, hold rotten flesh in your hand and right-click the vulture. It will become tamed and follow you. Tamed vultures are useful companions for exploring dangerous areas.

Breeding Hawks and Pigeons

Hawks and pigeons can be bred using crafted grains. First, craft the appropriate grain item from your mod's recipes. Then, hold the grain and right-click two birds of the same species to enter breeding mode. They'll produce offspring that inherit traits from their parents.

Enhancing Birds with Pigeon Rings

Search Dovecote structures in desert biomes to find pigeon rings. These special items can be used on normal hawks or pigeons by right-clicking them, transforming them into stronger "brute" versions with enhanced abilities and appearance.

Caring for Your Birds

Keep your birds well-fed and in suitable biomes. They'll follow you more reliably when nearby and can help with exploration or serve as decorative elements around your base.
