Hide Item Names or Max Damage Information

Access the Config GUI

Type /armorstatus config in chat to open the configuration panel.

Toggle Individual Display Elements

The mod lets you selectively hide specific information from your armor HUD:

• Hide item names: Removes the text labels identifying each armor piece and held item
• Hide max damage: Removes the maximum durability value shown below each item
• Hide text damage values: Removes all numeric durability information

Each option can be toggled independently, so you can show only the information you find useful.

Reduce Visual Clutter

If your HUD feels crowded, start by hiding max damage values—these are often redundant since you mainly need to know current durability. If you're familiar with your gear, hiding item names also frees up screen space.

Keep experimenting with different combinations in the config menu until the display shows exactly what you need without overwhelming your screen. Remember that changes take effect immediately, so you can preview each adjustment before committing.
