Understand Cosmetic Armor Slots

The Armor Series Terraria Mod works seamlessly with cosmetic armor systems. These allow you to wear Terraria armor visually while keeping your actual protective gear underneath. This means you get both the iconic Terraria look and full defense from your main armor.

Equip in Cosmetic Slots

If your modpack includes a cosmetic armor mod, you'll have additional armor slots separate from your main equipment. Craft your Terraria armor at the smithing table, then place it in the cosmetic slots instead of your regular armor slots. Your protective gear stays equipped normally.

Mix and Match Sets

You can combine different Terraria pieces to create custom outfits, or wear complete sets for thematic protection. Since cosmetic slots don't affect your actual defense, experiment freely with different combinations to find your favorite look.
