Set Up a Portable Armor Storage System

Create Your First Armor Rack

Place an Armor Rack on the ground like you would a normal armor stand. This becomes your portable equipment container.

Load and Carry Your Gear

1. Equip armor pieces onto the rack by right-clicking it while holding each item

2. Add weapons or tools to the rack's hands

3. Break the rack with an empty hand to pick it up

4. The rack now occupies a single inventory slot and retains all stored equipment

Stack Empty Racks for Efficiency

Empty racks stack up to 16 per slot, letting you carry multiple storage units without taking up much space. Once you load a rack with gear, it becomes unstackable to preserve its custom data.

Swap Gear Instantly

When you need to change equipment during an adventure:

1. Place the loaded rack on the ground

2. Shift-right-click it to instantly swap your worn armor with the stored set

3. Your previous armor transfers into the rack

4. Pick up the rack again and continue exploring

This system eliminates the need to manage multiple inventory slots for different armor sets.
