Find Mobs by Biome or Category

Opening the Search Interface

Press B to open your Bestiary Book. The main screen displays all discovered mobs, but searching makes finding specific creatures much faster.

Using Filter Symbols

The search bar accepts special symbols to narrow results:

• #boss — Shows only boss-type mobs
• %night — Displays creatures that spawn at night
• @biome_name — Filters by specific biome (e.g., @jungle, @desert)
• $modname — Shows mobs from a particular mod

Text Search

Type a mob name directly to find it instantly. The search is forgiving and matches partial names.

Browsing Categories

If you prefer browsing, mobs are organized by category. Scroll through to see hostile mobs, passive creatures, bosses, and modded variants grouped together.

Custom Categories

If a mob doesn't appear in the expected category, check your mod configuration. You can add custom categories for missing mobs in the config file to organize them however you prefer.
