Aquatic Plus adds over 30 new creatures to oceans and rivers. Many serve as food sources—minnows, sardines, and tuna can be caught for sustenance. Some creatures offer special benefits: stay near Pink Sunfish to receive helpful status boosts, and Parrotfish will eat dead coral to help fresh coral regrow.

Certain water animals can be ridden to travel across the sea faster. When exploring, watch for Volan Aurorae—they'll fight alongside you against ocean Guardians. Be aware that new status effects like undead poison and land suffocation make underwater exploration more dangerous than before.
