Wear the Transcendent Looting Charm as a wearable item to enable drops of special endgame gems from the most difficult monsters. Without this charm, these rare gems simply won't appear in loot tables, no matter how hard you fight.

Maximizing Your Gem Farming

Push Difficulty High: Wear multiple Difficulty Level affixes to scale monsters to maximum levels. The harder the enemy, the better the gem quality.

Target Scaled Spawners: Use Hostility Essences to create high-level spawner farms. Combine this with the Transcendent Looting Charm for consistent endgame gem farming.

Prepare for Combat: Endgame monsters are extremely dangerous. Equip protective gems (Unbroken and Unsilenced) and bring your best affixed gear before attempting these fights.
