Use Powder Snow for Crystallization
Understanding Crystallization
Powder snow enables a special processing method that crystallizes certain materials into new forms. This is distinct from crushing or pressing—it requires cold conditions to work properly.
Setting Up Crystallization
Place powder snow in a cauldron or on a block where your material can contact it. Position your anvil above and use your
magnet to drop it repeatedly. The cold from the powder snow, combined with the anvil's impact, triggers crystallization in compatible materials.
Maintaining the Process
Powder snow can melt or disappear if exposed to heat sources, so keep your crystallization station in a cool location away from lava or bright light. You may need to refresh the powder snow periodically depending on how long your processing takes.
Experiment with different materials to learn which ones crystallize and what valuable forms they produce. This method often yields rare or decorative variants of standard blocks.
