How to Add Custom Blocks to AntiXray's Hidden and Replacement Lists
Why Customize Block Lists
By default, AntiXray hides common valuable blocks like diamonds, ancient debris, and various ores. However, modded servers often have custom ores or valuable blocks that Xray users could exploit. Adding these to the hidden blocks list ensures they receive the same protection.
Editing the Configuration
Open the AntiXray config file and find the section listing hidden blocks. Add the block IDs of any modded ores or valuable blocks you want protected. Use the exact block registry names from your mod. Next, find the replacement blocks list. These are the fake blocks that appear in place of hidden ores. Choose common, low-value blocks that blend in with your world generation, such as stone, netherrack, or deepslate depending on the dimension.
Dimension-Specific Settings
AntiXray supports separate configurations for the Overworld, Nether, and custom dimensions. If your modded ores only spawn in specific dimensions, add them to the appropriate dimension's block list. This prevents unnecessary obfuscation in dimensions where those blocks do not exist. After making changes, restart your server and verify that the new blocks are being obfuscated by mining near them with an Xray mod in a test environment.
