How to Combine This Pack With Shaders and Other Texture Packs

Load Order Matters

Resource packs stack from top to bottom, and the topmost pack that edits a given file wins. AL's Creepers Revamped only touches creeper textures, so it can sit alongside packs that change blocks, items, or GUI without conflict.

Steps to Combine Safely

1. Open Options, then Resource Packs.

2. Place AL's Creepers Revamped above any general-purpose pack that also retextures mobs, so the creeper tint is not overwritten.

3. If you use a shader pack, keep in mind shaders change lighting, not textures — the biome tint still applies, but strong color grading can wash it out.

4. Test by spawning or finding a creeper in two different biomes and comparing.

5. If creepers look default everywhere, another pack is winning; move this pack higher or disable the conflicting one.

Known Conflicts

Packs that replace the entire mob folder, or "vanilla tweaks" style packs that include creeper edits, are the usual culprits. Remove or reorder them until the tint returns.
