Getting Started in Alpha Horizon

Create a new world to generate the custom dimension properly. Your first goal is crafting wooden tools, which double resource drops from natural blocks—this speeds up early gathering significantly.

Smelt stone in a furnace to begin building. Next, mine copper in desert biomes and craft copper tools, which automatically place mined items into your inventory instead of dropping them.

Progress deeper underground or explore the Hell biome to find iron and gold ore veins. Use gold tools (which have built-in Silk Touch) to harvest zinc ore, then combine copper and zinc to forge brass tools for extremely fast mining.

Once equipped, head to a Desert Pyramid, use Glowing Obsidian to summon the Mummy Boss, and defeat it with gold weapons. The key it drops unlocks Bedrock Altars, where you can access bedrock tools with unbreakable durability.
