Hunting and Crafting
When you defeat a mantis shrimp with a knife, it drops parts you can use for tool crafting. Alternatively, if hunting proves difficult, visit a fisherman villager and trade with them to obtain mantis shrimp components directly.

Alternative: Fisherman Trading
