How to Switch to the Aimz Sniper Crosshair in Minecraft

The Aimz pack replaces the vanilla crosshair with a sniper-style reticle, but it only takes effect once it is active in your resource pack list. If you still see the default plus sign, the pack is not loaded.

Activating the Pack

1. Open Options from the main menu or pause screen.

2. Go to Resource Packs.

3. Find Aimz in the Available column on the left.

4. Click it so it moves to the Selected column on the right.

5. Make sure Aimz sits above any other pack that also edits the crosshair, since the top pack wins.

6. Click Done. The crosshair updates immediately — no world reload needed.

Confirming It Worked

Look at the center of your screen. You should now see the thinner, more open sniper-style reticle instead of the chunky vanilla crosshair. If nothing changed, another selected pack is overriding it — drag Aimz to the top of the list.

If You Want the Vanilla Crosshair Back

Return to Resource Packs, click Aimz in the Selected column to move it back to Available, then click Done. This is useful when building, where the wider vanilla crosshair is easier to line up on block edges.
