Navigating and Scrolling a Large Advancements Tree

Moving Around the Tree

With the window expanded to fullscreen, the advancement tree gets much more room, but large modpacks can still produce a tree too big to see at once. The controls are the same as vanilla:

• Click and drag on empty space to pan the tree around.
• Use the scroll wheel to move vertically through the tree.
• Click an advancement to select it and read its description and requirements in the side panel.

Because the fullscreen view shows more of the tree at once, you can often spot the next connected advancement without panning at all.

Finding a Specific Advancement

The search box in the top area of the window filters the tree as you type. This is the fastest way to locate one advancement in a pack with hundreds of them.

Tabs along the top switch between categories such as Story, Nether, End, Adventure, and any tabs added by other mods. If a tree feels empty, check whether you are on the wrong tab before assuming something is broken. Selecting an advancement also highlights its parent and children, which helps you trace a path back to something you have not completed yet.
