How to Use the Totem of Undying from the Charm Slot

What the Charm slot does

Accessorify can move a Totem of Undying out of your hotbar or offhand and into a dedicated Charm slot. It still activates automatically when you would otherwise die, but it no longer eats a hotbar or offhand position.

Steps

1. Open your inventory and find the Charm slot among the accessory slots.

2. Place your Totem of Undying into the Charm slot. If it will not go in, open the configuration menu and make sure the Totem is enabled for the Charm slot.

3. Confirm the totem is actually there before heading into danger — a totem in your regular inventory will not trigger from the Charm slot's logic, only the equipped one will.

4. Take lethal damage as normal. The totem should consume itself, restore you with the usual effects, and leave the Charm slot empty.

5. Re-equip a fresh totem into the Charm slot after each use. Keep spares in your inventory so you can refill quickly.

Tips

• Because the mod generates replacement slots when you equip an accessory, moving the totem to the Charm slot should not reduce your usable inventory space.
• You can still carry additional totems in your normal inventory as backups; only the equipped one is consumed on death.
• If the totem is not triggering, double-check the config has not disabled it and that the slot is not occupied by another charm-type item.
