Converting Dust to Shards

Once you've mined Abyssal Core dust from the End islands, place four dust in a crafting grid to create one shard. Repeat this process until you have eight shards.

Forging the Ingot

Arrange eight shards in a square around the edges of your crafting grid, with one Netherite ingot in the center. This creates one Abyssal Core ingot.

Scaling Up

You'll need multiple ingots depending on what you want to upgrade:

• One ingot per tool or weapon
• One ingot per armor piece
• Additional ingots if you want to upgrade your horse armor

Plan ahead and mine enough dust to create all the ingots you need before heading to the smithing table. Store ingots in a secure location until you're ready to upgrade your gear.
