The Lightning Rod is an item in Minecraft that players make by crafting it from Copper Ingots. It stacks up to 64, so a large supply fits easily into a single inventory slot.

Placing it puts down a Lightning Rod block in the world. Besides being placed, it also serves as an ingredient in one other crafting recipe.
