Creating and Adjusting Platforms

The Platforms Mod adds two things: the PlatFormer block and the Monkey Wrench. Together they let you build configurable platforms for construction and traversal.

Place a PlatFormer block to start a platform. The block is the core of the system, and the Monkey Wrench is the tool you use to interact with it. Rather than being locked to a single fixed shape, a PlatFormer can be adjusted, so the same block can serve different building and movement needs depending on how you configure it.

To change a platform, hold the Monkey Wrench and use it on the PlatFormer. The wrench is the adjustment tool for the mod, so keep it on hand whenever you are working with platforms. This makes it easy to reshape an existing platform instead of breaking and replacing blocks.

Because the mod is small and focused, there is no separate crafting station or machine to learn. Place PlatFormers, adjust them with the Monkey Wrench, and use the resulting platforms for whatever you are building.
