When the config has toggled Thaumcraft integration and Thaumcraft is installed alongside it, the mod will add a way to store Essentia.

Aspect Folders act like portable Essentia Jars, able to store much more essentia than is usual, as well. Like most forms of essentia storage, you can only store one aspect per folder. Simply craft a empty Aspect Folder with any of Thaumcraft's phial of essentia (which contains essentia and isn't just empty).

Aspect Cabinets can store Aspect Folders, making it the only way to extract and insert essentia from the folders themselves. The filter for the other filing cabinets can work the same way here, but for essentia (EG: Putting a Phial of Herba Essentia in the item frame filter will let one extract just Herba essentia, if any are available).
