The Global Skin Library loads a list of skins that have been uploaded to the skin database. There are lots and lots of pre-built designs to search through, and they can be downloaded to your private instance by clicking on one and hitting the download button.

The most basic of blocks. These come in normal, glowing (which render at full brightness regardless of light level), and transparent variations, as well as a glowing transparent variation. Each of the six sides can be painted a different color, and they allow you to build up a skin into whatever shape you please.

Mannequins are great for showing off your lovely armor designs! By default they come completely unlocked, and you can pile on all your favorite armor pieces to see them rendered on a skin. You can also adjust the mannequin's pose, position, and the skin of the mannequin and create set pieces with it.
Try using the skins of some of your favorite Minecrafters to liven up a place!

I wonder how to get these? Maybe the secret has to do with something heavy.
