You create Albino Mycelium blocks in the first stage of converting mycelium to Blessed Earth or Pinkly Mycelium. You use Blessed Earth for passive mob spawning, Beanstalk Sapling harvesting, and Albino Melon farming. You use Pinkly Mycelium to farm Rainbow Wisps for crafting Mending Twine and to grow Moo Shroo Fungi for brewing.
To create Albino Mycelium you need some regular mycelium blocks and at least one bucket of Rainbow Slurry; you can craft both these items using a few mod items.
Because mycelium spreads rapidly to plain dirt, you can use the crafting recipe below to create a few starter mycelium blocks and just "plant" them directly into the dirt area you'll be using for your albino mycelium farming. Make your dirt area at least 7x7 and ensure that none of the perimeter blocks are touching a grass block that can spread onto the dirt; mycelium will not spread to grass blocks, only dirt. Plant one or two mycelium blocks near the middle of your 7x7 dirt patch and in no time the entire area will be converted to mycelium blocks!
Quick way to get mycelium; silk touch not required!
Obtaining Rainbow Slurry takes a bit more effort. You'll need to collect two packed blocks of Pinkly Poo manure, some Vermimeal from an earthworm farm, and a single Moo Shroo Poo. Moo Shroo Poo is dropped from mooshroom cows; if you don't already have these animals, you can throw Pinkly Eggs against a patch of mycelium blocks like you would against the ground for chickens with regular eggs. Occasionally the pinkly eggs will hatch a mooshroom calf instead of a baby chick. Note that this mycelium patch MUST be at least 3x3 in size; aim at the middle block to increase your chance for a mooshroom calf.

For your mycelium to convert to Albino Mycelium, it must be in contact with Rainbow Slurry for an extended period of time. An efficient way to do this is to configure your original mycelium area as a 7x7 diamond shape and place down a single bucket of rainbow slurry over the center mycelium block (you can even replace this center block with a different kind of block like a log as shown in picture below so you don't accidentally break it while farming the other blocks). Rainbow slurry has same flow properties as water and that single source block should cover most of your mycelium blocks.
One level of a vertical farm
You need to keep an eye on the soaking mycelium blocks as they will begin to convert to albino mycelium blocks randomly in a short time. Rainbow slurry is transparent so you can tell when a mycelium block has changed because it turns to a distinct gray color from the original purple-ish mycelium.
Mycelium to Albino Mycelium
Wait until a few of the blocks have converted before picking up the slurry source block and harvesting the albino blocks. You do NOT need silk touch to harvest albino mycelium blocks, however, there is a small break-loss rate when harvesting this way. Replace the harvested blocks with regular mycelium, put back the slurry source block, and wait for more blocks to convert. Repeat these steps until you've collected enough albino mycelium to create a pinkly mycelium farm about the same size as your mycelium farm. Mycelium doesn't need sky exposure so vertically stacking the different mycelium farms is a good idea.

You create Pinkly Mycelium by placing down albino mycelium blocks and just leaving them like that. Do not place rainbow slurry or another liquid near or on the albino mycelium. Without the slurry the albino mycelium ages naturally into pinkly mycelium which you can leave to grow mushrooms including the pinkly mushrooms or harvest to farm Rainbow Wisps for Mending Twine. Pinkly mycelium also contains a natural mobicide which means mobs cannot spawn on the blocks once they've aged to this point; however, existing mobs can still move over the mycelium without damage.
Albino Mycelium to ripe Pinkly Mycelium
To harvest rainbow wisps, wait until the albino mycelium ages enough so its top turns to a pinkish mycelium color from the original gray albino color. There are distinct pink spots in the mycelium when it gets to this "ripe" age. If you break the mycelium before this later stage (the middle block pictured above), you'll get back either the pinkly mycelium block itself or dirt but no wisps. Use a tool with the Fortune enchant to increase the number of dropped rainbow wisps.
Very old pinkly mycelium can be infested by silverfish which consume the wisps. If that happens, when you break the block you might get some Silverfish Dust, but the block usually just disintegrates with no drops at all.

You create Blessed Earth by keeping albino mycelium blocks in contact with rainbow slurry. After some time, the albino mycelium absorbs enough slurry to become permanent blessed earth. Rainbow slurry is expensive to make, so the diamond shaped mycelium farm with one or two source slurry blocks placed on a non-convertible center block is the most efficient way to farm a large amount of blessed earth.
Albino Mycelium to Blessed Earth
To harvest blessed earth, you need at least an iron-level shovel. Blessed earth has a break loss rate of about 20%, so for every five you try harvesting one will be completely destroyed with no drop. Note that the Silk Touch enchantment has no affect on this loss rate. Blessed earth ages just like the mycelium block from which it developed, but the aging timeline is MUCH MUCH longer. In normal single-player play, it's very rare to have any significant aging at all.
Do NOT remove the rainbow slurry

One activity that does age blessed earth more quickly is passive mob spawning. Blessed earth, if left exposed to the sky, is a natural passive mob spawner during the daytime. Note however that this spawning only occurs in the standard Minecraft overworld dimension. You can disable blessed earth passive spawns in the mod's configuration.
In low light levels, hostile mobs can spawn on blessed earth; however, they are almost immediately attacked by the blessed earth's awesome pinkly vibes which are as deadly as a Mob Zap Lamp.
While you can plant just about anything on blessed earth, it is not as good a general growth medium as Compost with the important exception of Albino Melons. When planted on blessed earth, albino melon plants will never age and can produce harvests for as long as the underlying blessed earth is viable.
If you plant a beanstalk sapling on blessed earth it will never grow because, like hostile mobs, a beanstalk is considered a dangerous creature and the blessed earth will try to neutralize it (ie. it kills mobs and stunts beanstalk saplings).
