There are 14 different eye colors with varying rarity: Blue and Brown are most common (16%), while Cataract is the rarest (2%). Colors like Green, Amber, and Gray fall in the middle at 10%, and colors like Yellow and Pink are less common at 6%.
Can I make all phantoms spawn with the same eye color?
