Ocean mobs like sharks and orcas spawn in deep ocean biomes, while river creatures like crocodiles and electric eels appear near riverbanks and shallow water. Box jellyfish and other deep-sea variants spawn in darker ocean depths, so explore different water biomes to find variety.

Begin by fishing or hunting small fish like bluegill and bass to gather basic food, then hunt crocodiles or tuna to collect scutes and fillets. Once you have materials, craft a Deep Blue Grill to process your catches into more useful resources.

Feed two adult tuna their preferred food to enter breeding mode, and they'll produce baby tuna that grow through visible life stages before reaching full size. You can watch their growth visually and harvest them once mature for better food yields.

Hunt crocodiles from a distance or use ranged weapons to avoid their heavy lunging attacks, then collect the scutes they drop. Bring the scutes to a Marine Workbench to craft Crocodile Armor pieces.
