It links your food and health bars together, so when you take damage you lose food points, and when you eat or heal, both bars change at the same time.

Hard Mode drops player saturation to zero, making food run out faster and increasing the difficulty of survival.

You lose hunger points when you get hurt by monsters, fall damage, magic potions, or when you take any damage.

This plugin makes survival mode much harder for players by making starvation more dangerous and linking damage directly to hunger loss.
