Why Weapon Models Matter in PvP

Large sword and axe models can block your view of opponents during combat. Sword UI Resource Pack replaces default weapon textures with shorter, more compact models so you maintain clear sightlines to your target.

How to Enable Shorter Weapons

1. Open your resource packs folder in your Minecraft directory

2. Ensure Sword UI Resource Pack is loaded and positioned above any conflicting packs in your pack list

3. Return to the main menu and confirm the pack is active (check the resource pack selection screen)

4. Load into a world and equip a sword or axe

5. The weapon model should now appear noticeably shorter and less obstructive

Troubleshooting Visibility

If weapons still appear large:

• Check that no other resource pack is overriding these textures
• Verify the pack is enabled in your active profile
• Try adjusting your FOV (field of view) setting in Video Settings for additional clarity

The shorter models work best during fast-paced arena combat where every pixel of visibility counts.
