Pokémobs

Pokémobs are the heart of the mod. Each species possesses unique stats, types, and behaviors. They spawn naturally across nearly every biome, including those added by other mods.

Stats and Attributes

Every Pokémob has a set of base stats that determine its combat effectiveness: * HP (Health Points): Total durability. * Attack/Defense: Physical combat prowess. * Sp. Atk/Sp. Def: Special/Elemental combat prowess. * Speed: Determines move frequency and escape chance. * IVs & EVs: Individual and Effort Values that further specialize a mob's growth. * Nature: A personality trait that provides a 10% bonus to one stat and a 10% penalty to another.

Behavior and Interaction

Pokémobs exhibit three primary behaviors: 1. Wild: Can be passive, defensive, or aggressive. Aggressive mobs will attack players on sight. 2. Tamed: Captured using a Pokécube. They follow the owner and can be set to 'Sit', 'Stay', or 'Follow'. 3. Legendary: Rare entities often tied to specific structures or summoning rituals.

Pokécube adds hundreds of items ranging from capture devices to advanced survival tools.

Pokécubes

These are used to capture Pokémobs. Higher-tier cubes have better catch rates. * Pokécube: Standard capture device. * Great Cube: Enhanced catch rate. * Ultra Cube: High catch rate. * Master Cube: 100% success rate. * Snag Cube: Can capture Pokémobs already owned by other trainers.

Essential Tools

• Pokéwatch: The primary interface for the mod. It provides a Pokédex, trainer stats, local spawn info, and guides.
• Pokedex: A handheld device to scan Pokémobs and view their data.
• Location Linker: Used to link Pokémobs to specific blocks (like the Energy Siphon) or set home locations.

Consumables and Enhancements

• Revive: Restores a fainted Pokémob. Crafted by brewing Oran Berries into water bottles.
• Rare Candy: Instantly levels up a Pokémob.
• Mega Stones: Required for Mega Evolution.
• Z-Crystals: Enables powerful Z-Moves.
• Mints: Used to change a Pokémob's Nature.

Blocks & Machines

Advanced machinery allows players to manage their Pokémobs and manipulate their biology.

Core Infrastructure

• Pokecenter: A block that heals all Pokémobs in the player's inventory when right-clicked.
• PC: Provides access to the Pokémob storage system. Captured mobs beyond the party limit (6) are automatically sent here.
• TM Machine: Allows players to create TMs (Technical Machines) to teach Pokémobs new moves.

Genetics and Cloning

• Energy Siphon: Powers genetics machines. It draws energy from nearby Electric-type Pokémobs.
• Gene Extractor: Extracts DNA from Pokémobs or fossils into water bottles.
• Gene Splicer: Combines DNA from two sources into a single entity or egg.
• Cloning Chamber: Uses extracted DNA and an egg to create a new Pokémob with specific traits.

Utility Blocks

• Warp Pad: A teleportation system that can be linked to other pads using the Location Linker.
• Ability Field Amplifier (AFA): Broadcasts a Pokémob's ability (e.g., Drought, Intimidate) over a large area.
• Daycare Block: Facilitates breeding when two compatible Pokémobs are placed nearby.

Recipes & Crafting

Most Pokécube items are crafted using standard Minecraft materials combined with mod-specific drops.
