Ah yes, another mod that adds backpacks. Don't run away yet, this isn't a scheme to get downloads. You need a backpack to go camping, it wouldn't be camping without bringing way more than you need. We're also not creating a replacement for Shulker Boxes. To carry things in your backpack it must be on your back. You open it with a keybind and if you take it off your back, all your goodies will find themselves at your feet. See Usage. In addition, creating these backpacks are a little more in-depth, you must tan leather for pouches and craft rope to fashion one of these nomadic companions.

The backpacks in Campanion come in 4 sizes.

1. The Day Pack (9 slots)
2. The Camping Pack (18 slots)
3. The Hiking Pack (27 slots)
4. Tent Bag (Special case: see Tents)

To craft any of the 3 backpacks you will need at least one of each of these pouches.

Crafted with 3 leather and 2 string.

Crafted with 5 tanned leather and 2 string.

Requires 1 leather pouch 2 rope and 1 iron.

Requires 1 leather pouch, 1 tanned leather pouch, 1 iron, and 2 rope.

Requires 2 tanned leather pouches, 2 rope, and 3 iron.

Requires 3 tanned leather pouches, 2 iron, and 1 rope.

Using these backpacks is fairly simple. All you have to do is equip the backpack in your chestplate slot and press the "Open Backpack" Key which is customizable in the controls menu. By default, this key is set to B.
