Beyond water, several drinks restore thirst. Available juices are Apple Juice, Cactus Juice, Chorus Fruit Juice, Glow Berry Juice, Melon Juice, Pumpkin Juice, and Sweet Berry Juice. Each is made from its corresponding fruit or plant via crafting. Carry a few as backup hydration when your canteen runs dry.

Charc-O's and Ice Cream

Charc-O's and Ice Cream are the mod's food-style items, crafted through the standard crafting recipes. Ice Cream in particular pairs well with hot-biome travel, while Charc-O's serves as a portable snack. Both are made with crafting_shaped or crafting_shapeless recipes, so check your recipe book once you have the ingredients.

Choosing What to Carry

For everyday use, a Purified Water Canteen is the most reliable. Juices are situational — Cactus Juice and Melon Juice are easy to source in deserts and jungles respectively, while Chorus Fruit Juice requires End access. Keep one canteen tier above Leather so you are not refilling constantly, and stash a stack of juice for emergencies. The Netherite Purified Water Canteen is the endgame carry for long expeditions.
