Prevent saplings from auto-planting

Disable replanting

By default, the Timber Replant Plugin automatically places a new sapling in the dirt block where the old tree stood. If you want manual control over replanting or prefer to manage your forest differently, disable the Replanting option in your configuration file.

Collect saplings as items

When replanting is disabled, saplings will drop as regular items on the ground instead of being planted automatically. You can collect these saplings and plant them wherever you choose, giving you full control over forest layout and tree placement.

Handle blocked dirt

If the dirt block below a tree becomes blocked or broken before the sapling can plant, the plugin drops the sapling as an item regardless of your replanting setting. Pick it up and replant it manually in a suitable location.

Re-enable replanting later

You can toggle replanting on and off in your config file at any time. This lets you switch between automatic and manual replanting based on your current building or farming needs.
