How to Progress Through Twilight Forest Bosses

Boss Order and Preparation

The Twilight Forest bosses are fought in a loose order. Start with the Naga, then the Twilight Lich, then the Minoshroom, then the Hydra, then the Ur-Ghast, then the Alpha Yeti, then the Snow Queen, and finally the Giant. Each boss drops unique loot used to craft the next tier of gear.

Before each fight, craft a Blank Magic Map and a Blank Maze Map to find the boss arena. Bring full armor, a strong sword, a bow, and plenty of food. Craft a Charm of Keeping I, Charm of Keeping II, or Charm of Keeping III to keep items on death. Craft a Charm of Life I to gain extra hearts.

Key Boss Drops and Uses

The Naga drops Naga Scale. Use it to craft Naga Scale armor. The Twilight Lich drops a Scepter and a Zombie Scepter. The Minoshroom drops a Minotaur Axe and Leather. The Hydra drops Hydra Chop and Fiery Blood. Use Fiery Blood to craft Block of Fiery Metal and Fiery armor.

The Ur-Ghast drops Carminite. Use Carminite to craft Block of Carminite, Carminite Builder, and Carminite Reactor. The Alpha Yeti drops Alpha Yeti Fur. Use it to craft Block of Arctic Fur, Arctic Hood, Arctic Jacket, Arctic Leggings, and Arctic Boots. The Snow Queen drops Aurora Block, Aurora Pillar, Aurora Slab, and Auroralized Glass. The Giant drops Giant's Sword and Giant's Pickaxe.

After Each Boss

After defeating a boss, collect the Alpha Yeti Trophy or other trophies. Place them on a wall. Use the boss drops to craft the next tier of armor and weapons. For example, use Alpha Yeti Fur to craft Arctic armor, which protects against freezing in the Snow Queen's domain. Use Carminite to craft Carminite Broodling Spawn Egg, Carminite Ghastguard Spawn Egg, Carminite Ghastling Spawn Egg, and Carminite Golem Spawn Egg to spawn allies or enemies.
