Teas
Currently, there are 6 different types of tea you can make. Each give their own benefits, but the general idea is the same: put the ingredient in a cup and fill it up with hot water. For more information, visit Kettles and Cups.
All teas can be sweetened, in order to enhance their duration.
Any tea or latte can be picked up by right-clicking it with an empty hand or while sneaking.
The mod adds 4 True Teas, which grant varying amounts of Caffeine:

Green Tea grants 6s 
Regeneration I and 45s 
Caffeine when drunk. -
White Tea is almost the same as Green Tea but with far less Caffeine. -
Oolong Tea grants 12s of 
Absorption I and 1 minute of Caffeine. -
Black Tea grants 8s of 
Speed I and 1.5 minutes of Caffeine!
True Teas are all crafted from 
Tea Leaves, which come from the Tea Bush.
The raw leaves obtained from the bush make Green Tea.
Alternatively, you may put those on a 
Campfire for 20s, and they'll turn into 
White Leaves.
Repeating the process gives you 
Oolong Leaves, and finally 
Black Tea Leaves, which make their respective tea flavors.
True Teas can be mixed with Milk to brew 
Lattes.
The mod also adds 2 Herbal Teas, which are caffeine-free:

Bamboo Tea grants 12s of 
Resistance I when drunk. -
Rose Tea grants 30s of 
Zen.
Bamboo Tea is made with 
Bamboo Leaves, crafted with a 
Bamboo and 
Shears.
Rose Tea is made with 
Rose Petals, crafted with a 
Rose Bush and Shears.
If you have Simply Tea installed, you can brew any tea from the mod by placing its ingredients into a cup and using the Kettle/Teapot on it
If you have Abundance installed, you can brew Lavender Tea by placing its ingredients into a cup and using the Kettle/Teapot on it
