Smite deals bonus damage exclusively to undead mobs, making it ideal for farming skeletons, zombies, drowned, and husks. Heavy weapons amplify this advantage through their high base damage.

Best Farming Locations

Nether fortresses spawn abundant zombie pigmen and skeletons. Swamps at night generate drowned and zombies. Caves contain mixed undead populations. Zombie spawners in dungeons provide concentrated targets for efficient farming.

Combat Strategy

Use your heavy weapon's reach and damage to clear undead quickly. Hammers excel at spawner farms due to their area damage. Greatswords work well for roaming farms where you hunt scattered mobs. Position yourself to avoid other mob types—Smite won't help against creepers or spiders.
