How to Craft and Use Spartan Weaponry Weapons

Crafting Basics

Spartan Weaponry weapons are crafted at a crafting table using standard materials. Each weapon type follows its own recipe pattern, so check the recipe book or JEI for the exact layout. Most weapons require a handle or stick plus the relevant material (wood, stone, iron, gold, diamond, or netherite).

Weapon Types and Their Roles

• Dagger: Fast attack speed, low damage. Good for quick hits and applying enchantments like Fire Aspect.
• Longsword: Balanced damage and speed. A solid all-rounder.
• Katana: High attack speed, moderate damage. Works well with sweeping edge.
• Saber: Slightly slower than a sword but with higher damage.
• Rapier: Very fast, low damage. Best for hit-and-run.
• Spear: Long reach, moderate damage. Useful for keeping mobs at a distance.
• Halberd: Slow, high damage, long reach. Great for crowd control.
• Pike: Very long reach, slow. Good for mounted combat.
• Glaive: Slow, high damage, long reach. Similar to halberd.
• Quarterstaff: Fast, low damage, long reach. Good for knockback.
• Warhammer: Slow, very high damage. Ignores some armor.
• Battleaxe: Slow, high damage. Can chop wood.
• Mace: Slow, high damage. Good against armored foes.
• Throwing Knife: Ranged, stackable. Right-click to throw.
• Throwing Axe: Ranged, stackable. Right-click to throw.
• Javelin: Ranged, stackable. Right-click to throw.
• Boomerang: Ranged, returns to you. Right-click to throw.
• Parrying Dagger: Offhand item. Right-click to parry incoming attacks.
• Buckler: Offhand shield. Blocks attacks.
• Tower Shield: Offhand shield. Blocks more but slows you.

Enchanting

Most weapons accept standard sword enchantments: Sharpness, Smite, Bane of Arthropods, Knockback, Fire Aspect, Looting, Sweeping Edge (for swords), Unbreaking, and Mending. Ranged weapons accept Power, Punch, Flame, Infinity, and Mending. Use an enchanting table or anvil with enchanted books.
