How to Craft and Use the Dog Bowl and Kennel

Placing the Dog Bowl

The Dog Bowl is a block. Place it on the ground where your wolves spend time. Fill it with Dog Treats so tamed wolves can eat from it. A filled Dog Bowl reduces the need to hand-feed each wolf.

Building the Kennel

The Kennel is a block used to house your wolves. Place the Kennel near your Dog Bowl so wolves can rest and eat in the same area. Use the Kennel to give your wolves a designated spot instead of letting them wander.

Recipe Logic

Both the Dog Bowl and Kennel are made through crafting. The mod uses shapeless and shaped crafting recipes. To craft these blocks, gather the ingredients the recipes call for and arrange them in a crafting grid. Shapeless recipes do not require a specific layout; shaped recipes do. Check the recipe book in your crafting interface to see the exact ingredients for the Dog Bowl and Kennel.

Place the Dog Bowl first, then the Kennel nearby. Fill the Dog Bowl with Dog Treats. Your wolves now have a feeding station and a resting spot in one area.
