Crafting Lamps, Glowroses, and Light Sources from Gems

Lamps

Every gem color has a %s Lamp and a %s Lamp Inverted On. Examples: Alexandrite Lamp, Alexandrite Lamp Inverted On, Citrine Lamp, Citrine Lamp Inverted On, Opal Lamp, Opal Lamp Inverted On, and the same pair for Ammolite, Aquamarine, Black Diamond, Carnelian, Garnet, Heliodor, Iolite, Kyanite, Moldavite, Pearl, Peridot, Rose Quartz, Ruby, Sapphire, Tanzanite, Topaz, Turquoise, and White Diamond.

Craft a lamp from the matching gem's block family. Place the normal lamp for a lit block. The %s Lamp Inverted On variant is the inverted-state version — use it where you want the lamp's on/off behavior flipped relative to a redstone signal.

Glowroses

%s Glowrose is the flower-shaped light block for each gem color. It matches the gem's palette and works as a decorative light source for gardens, paths, and interiors. Craft it from the same gem family as the lamp.

Picking Colors for a Build

Because each gem has both a lamp and a glowrose, you can light a room in a single color or mix them. Line a corridor with Aquamarine Lamp blocks and dot Aquamarine Glowrose along the walls. For a warmer room, use Citrine Lamp and Citrine Glowrose. For contrast, alternate Ruby Lamp with Sapphire Glowrose.

If a lamp is not lighting, check whether you placed the normal %s Lamp or the %s Lamp Inverted On version — the inverted one responds to redstone in the opposite way, so a powered line may be turning it off instead of on.
