How to Get and Use Power Crystals

Mining Power Crystal Ore

Power Crystal Ore and Deepslate Power Crystal Ore are the source blocks for this progression line. Mine them and you receive Power Crystal Shard. As with heart ore, the deepslate version sits lower in the world, so plan deeper trips if surface veins are exhausted.

Crafting the Crystal

Combine Power Crystal Shard through the available crafting recipes to produce a Power Crystal. The shard-to-crystal step mirrors the heart line: gather many shards, then consolidate them into the finished item. Hold onto every shard you mine, because the conversion always needs a stack of them.

Where Power Crystals Fit

Power Crystal is a distinct progression item from Heart Crystal. While Heart Crystal raises your maximum health, Power Crystal belongs to its own upgrade path. Keep the two lines separate in your storage so you do not mix shards. Label chests clearly: Heart Crystal Shard in one, Power Crystal Shard in another.

Efficient Routine

1. Mine Power Crystal Ore and Deepslate Power Crystal Ore on every mining trip.

2. Store Power Crystal Shard separately from Heart Crystal Shard.

3. Craft shards into a Power Crystal when you have enough.

4. Use the Power Crystal according to its upgrade purpose.

Because both ore types generate in the same world, a single deep mining run can feed both the heart and power lines at once. Bring enough inventory space for two kinds of shards, plus any Heart Dust you pick up along the way.
