Locating Sculk Dragons

The Rift Side Realms pack includes a spooky sculk variant for dragons that fits the deep dark biome aesthetic. These dragons spawn naturally in your world alongside other variants.

How to Encounter Them

1. Explore caves and deep dark biomes where your mod adds dragon spawns.

2. Dragons with dark sculk textures and glowing purple accents will appear randomly among other variants.

3. Approach carefully—they behave like normal dragons from your base mod.

4. Use the taming method from Isle of Berk (typically fish or specific items depending on dragon species).

5. Once tamed, the sculk texture will persist on your dragon.

Tips

Sculk variants are purely cosmetic and don't affect dragon behavior or stats. If you want a specific variant, you may need to tame multiple dragons until you get the texture you prefer. Consider keeping a few tamed dragons to build a collection of different variant styles.
