Do I need both Isle of Berk and Archipelago Additions for this pack to work?
You need at least one of these base mods installed for the resource pack to function. The pack adds textures for dragons from both mods, so having either one will let you see the new skins.
Why aren't my dragons showing the new textures?
Make sure you've enabled dragon texture variants in your world settings and that the resource pack is loaded above any conflicting packs in your load order. Restart your game after applying the pack to force a texture reload.
How do I enable the glow effect on fury dragons?
The glow effect is built into the texture variants themselves—once the resource pack is active, fury dragons with the glowing variant will automatically emit light in dark areas like caves.
Can I use this pack with other dragon texture mods?
You can use multiple texture packs together, but place Rift Side Realms higher in your resource pack list if you want its textures to take priority over conflicting ones.
What's the difference between the sculk dragon style and other textures?
The sculk style gives dragons a dark, cave-themed appearance with glowing purple accents that fit the deep dark biome aesthetic, making them look eerie and supernatural.
Do the new Stormcutter and Monstrous Nightmare skins change how the dragons behave?
No, these are purely visual changes—the gummy shark Stormcutter and copper flare Nightmare function exactly the same as their default versions in combat and taming.
Will this pack work on multiplayer servers?
