Using Dimlets: From Empty Dimlet to Configured Dimension
Understand Dimlet Types
Dimlets define what a dimension contains. The mod includes Empty Dimlet plus category-specific empties: Empty Biome Dimlet, Empty Block Dimlet, Empty Fluid Dimlet, Empty Sky Dimlet, Empty Structure Dimlet, Empty Terrain Dimlet, Empty Time Dimlet, Empty Feature Dimlet, Empty Attribute Dimlet, Empty Tag Dimlet, Empty Biome Category Dimlet, and Empty Biome Controller Dimlet. Each empty must be filled with the appropriate material or value before use.
Fill and Combine
Use a Dimlet Workbench to combine an Empty Dimlet with the resource it represents. For example, combine an Empty Block Dimlet with a block to create a block dimlet. The Dimlet Workbench also handles dimlet cycling recipes, letting you reroll or convert dimlets. Once you have real dimlets, place them in an Enscriber along with an Empty Dimension Tab to write a configured tab.
Absorbers Feed the Workbench
Biome Absorber, Block Absorber, Fluid Absorber, and Structure Absorber collect data from the world. Feed that data into the Dimlet Workbench to create the corresponding dimlets. This is the main progression loop: absorb, craft dimlets, write tabs, build dimensions.
Rarity and Knowledge
Dimlets come in Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Legendary tiers, matching the Memory Module and Energy Module tiers. Lost Knowledge items (Uncommon, Rare, Legendary) and Knowledge Holder help you track and store what you have learned.
