Relics Progression: From First Research to Full Loadout
Early Game
Start by building the Research Table. Everything else depends on it. Your first sessions should be spent feeding it the basic inputs it requests and unlocking the lowest-tier entries. Do not hoard materials — research consumes them, and an unresearched relic you cannot craft is worth less than the progress you get from spending the inputs.
Mid Game
Once the early entries are open, branch into the relics that support the playstyle you are actually using. This is also when synergies become worth planning: pick a target combination, then work backward to see which research entries you still need. If two relics in your planned synergy share a slot, decide now which one you are dropping rather than discovering the conflict mid-fight.
Late Game
With most entries unlocked, your loadout is limited by slots, not by availability. Revisit the Research Table to fill any gaps you skipped, then finalise a set where every equipped relic either contributes to a synergy or stands on its own. Keep spare relics in storage so you can swap without re-crafting.
Progression Rules of Thumb
- Research first, craft second.
- One synergy at a time while testing.
- Never leave a required synergy piece unequipped.
